Fixes to console window elements:
- Replacement of placeholder menu action items with proper ones.
- Prefix of a "to-come" superscript on menu actions for which functionality is not installed or available.1
- Fix to postfix superscript notation to better distinguish between OS dialogs, which are double-daggered2and native dialogs, which are now single-daggered.4
- Proper assignment of keyboard equivalents, although not wired up in this version and given inactive grayed-out status.3
- Re-placement of HDF5 file fingerprint menu.5
- Addition of a 'show' time-release button to make visible the most recently hidden HDF5 graph.6 Counterpart to the adjacent 'hide'.
